GDPR

The General Data Protection regulation is a new law that determines how your personal data is processed and kept safe, and the legal rights you have in relation to your own data. Pick up a leaflet from reception if you require more information.

PATIENT PARTICIPATION GROUP (PPG)

At the end of the summer we are going to be reforming our PPG. If you are interested in joining the PPG then please let the reception team know.

New Patient Registrationregister_now_pink_sign

The doctors welcome new patients who live within our practice area.  As it often takes sometime for records to be forwarded from your former practice all newly registered patients will be asked to complete a health questionnaire and are offered a consultation with the doctor.

Medical treatment is available from the date of registration.  Please contact reception for further information.

The Royal College of General Practitioners has produced a useful guide for patients about the services on offer at GP Surgeries and how to access them.  You can download the guide below.

Practice Area

We have a defined area from which we can accept patients. A map showing this area is available at reception. Should you change address or telephone number it is essential that we are informed as there may be occasions we need to contact you.
